To the beloved rescue dogs of Save A Bow Wow Rescue who found loving homes through our organization and have now crossed over the Rainbow Bridge —

You were never “just dogs.”
You were survivors, best friends, soul healers, couch hogs, tiny shadows underfoot, and cherished family members. Some of you came to us scared, neglected, abandoned, sick, or forgotten. But every single one of you left this world deeply loved.

Your stories did not end at rescue.
They began there.

Because someone opened their heart, you experienced soft beds, warm blankets, gentle hands, treats, toys, sunny windows, car rides, backyard adventures, and the safety every dog deserves. You knew what it felt like to belong.

Though your time here never feels long enough, your paw prints remain forever on the hearts of the families who adored you and on the rescue that fought for you.

To our alumni who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge:

Thank you for teaching unconditional love.
Thank you for every tail wag, kiss, cuddle, and moment of joy you brought into this world.
